“Where is the work for the Men?”
Good news. The wait is over.
On May 31st, the women of “Desire on Fire” are gathering yet again in Austin, Texas.
These women have been devoting themselves to the work of “Feminine Reclamation”, and this means transforming their relationships with men.
These women are learning to honor and acknowledge men in ways that allow both women and men to thrive together in partnership again. This is potent work that stands in service of healing the “battle of the sexes” and is the medicine so many of us are ready for.
Men deserve to receive from women who are truly doing the work of loving men instead of trying to change them.
Women deserve to be cherished and protected by men who understand the value of the feminine and are ready to meet her in a new way.
This is your chance, and this is also our work as men–to step up into our true potential in a way we were never taught.
To this end, you will have the opportunity to take part in two powerful experiences–a prerequisite experience with the men to center and prepare us to later step in and work with the women.

Mikaal Bates
Initiating men and ending the “Battle of the Sexes" is the work I am here to do. To that end, I have trained on the Masculine Path for a decade now, working with teachers, mentors, coaches, and partners that have guided and challenged me along a very narrow bridge on my own personal journey through breakdown, transformation, solidification, and embodied leadership.
I guide men through Transformational coaching and Rites of Passage to ignite, accelerate, and celebrate the evolution of men and healthy masculinity across this planet in our lifetime. I also work with couples and individuals in the “Sacred Union”- reclaiming the lost arts of healthy relationship between men and women.

I started my personal development journey at the age of 18, not knowing that most of the training I was doing, while improving my life in many ways, was sending me deep into my masculine energy and repelling the very men I most wanted to connect with romantically.
I’ve spent the last 8 years traveling a feminine path, learning the arts of sacred sexuality, heart-centered receptivity, and honoring & respecting men & the Masculine.
Over the last year especially, I’ve gone through an intense initiation, releasing deep cultural programming and wounding passed down from my lineage, around embracing my natural feminine nature, learning to trust men, and opening to receive the kind of King I desire to be in devotional relationship with.
Now, I feel passionately about sharing my journey with other women, to give them permission to be soft, radiant, relaxed, and magnetic – rooted in self-worth & full self-expression – and able to live in harmony with men
